http://www.sschapterpsa.com/ramblings/Rebuilding_fuelpump.htm[/URL]Hey guys, quick questions. Just rebuilt the fuel pump on a 1975 Johnson 25hp tiller. I know there are a thousand ways to mess up the rebuild and a quick way to check if you did it right is to blow into the fuel outlet to see if you can blow air through it. My question is, is it impossible to blow any air what-so-ever through the outlet? I can blow air through the inlet very easy. The outlet however is much much harder to blow air through but i can still blow through it a little. I went over the rebuild blueprints like 4 times and It looks like i did everything correct. Just wondering what others have experienced. The address below shows the blueprints I followed. Thanks Aaron
