hi im new here , and new to boats and boating i seem to have had the same problem with my motor (same model but a 70 hp) cleaned the carby's and all replaced fuel pump , lines , carby kit , turns out it was a timing problem all fixed now

Thanks Bluesman -- I thought I had it all fixed too, ran great for consecutive weekends, then just ran into the same issue all over again. Poor placement for the HS jet in this motor!
