1976 Steury Rebuild seat problem

Im restoring this boat and have replaced some of the wood and cut out the boxes that supported the runabout seats. Now i have a smooth floor and want to install pedestal seats four in total.
Im most likley going to make the drivers seat stationary as well as the passenger but for wake boarding i would like the rear two seats removable.
I have a 5/8th thick floor fiberglassed and havent installed the carpet yet. What is the best way to install these seats so they are strong and usable.

im guessing these are stainless steel
