I am intrested in buying a 1977 75hp evinrude. Could anyone tell me what the weight of one might be, also what one might be worth in really good shape. The seeler is asking $650.

I just paid 600.00 for an '83 50hp rude with a rebuilt powerhead that I couldn't check out very well. They go for about 1500.00 or better around here if you can find one. I figure that I stole it unless I have to totally rebuild it again.
