while sitting still in or out of the water my trim works well up and down. while moving in the water it is slow to move up and i can't trim the motor up. also if the motor is tilted up slightly and i take of it will sit itself down. i have noticed a leak on the starboard side trim cylinder and was wandering if this fluid leak at the top of the cylinder could cause this problem. also when i open the throttle up from a stop like to pull a skier it feels as though the transmision is slipping. i know it doesn't have an actual trans. but that is what i feels like. i was wandering if i wasnt able to trim the motor right (and have it stay there without leaking down) on take offs if these problems are related. as long as i take of fairly slow and then gas it the motor will not slip. anyone with any ideas? thanks.
