1980 Chrysler 15hp sea king

I have a 15hp sea king and I have rep[laced the points condensers , water pump and cleaned the carb. It will start but will not run for more than a min. leave it alone and it will start up again, but runs only for short time.
What should I try next ?

Try removing and cleaning the fuel pump. These have a built-in screen which is small so relatively minor debris will clog them and compromise pump volume.
