1980's serial number / harness / general questions

hi. its lifted and well secured but will need more feedback as to how / what tools is required so far all has failed. I've been treating the assembly with WD40 specialist penetrant and no luck thus far will keep doing researche on my end and invite any suggestions. when I look at this assembly that is 2 part right and left and bottom brace seems to me engine has to be off the boat ?

with #28 and 29 removed it should drop out.... don't remember any "special" tools but its been a minute since i did anything like that!.. like 20+ years.

jus wanna self correct.. they did build a "crank rated 200" in '82 that did have tha vertical front half.. only year that happened... so it is technically a 200... sorry my bad.............

no worries at all. my issue is 28 is it to be pulled out? screwed out? I used a slide hammer a few shots to see if it would move some nothing

10 minutes later :) I may have figured it out! Ive been heating up the pivot pin every so often while working on other stuff and adding WD penetrating formula when looking at the part diagram you sent I'm going to take a heavy duty bolt that fits in the center of the pivot pin use the impact short shoots and try to make it spin will keep all updated if this works thank you all once again for the help....
