I recently bought a used 1981 Johnson 115 hp<br /><br />The water intake screen is gone. I did a water pump replacement on it last weekend and while I had the lower unit off I noticed that the screen might be replacable.<br /><br />However my manual dosn't identify this part in the breakdown. The screen looked like a nylon or plastic insert that is held in by the phillips head screw just in front of the intake.<br /><br />Does this sound right and is that part replacable.<br /><br />pbailey
