1982 Johnson 115TLCNB

I've looked in the "Top Secret" folder, and found the parts diagram for this, but it (the diagram for the exhaust housing), is missing parts 1-12 in the list; I'm looking for the part number for part #7 (steering arm);

Anyone got any ideas? I'm looking for a good midsection pretty much solely for the steering arm, but can't find which year to use.

If I look at the 83 drawing for the same motor, it list the part number, but doesn't show it used on the 82

Same thing if I go back to 81

Any help would be appreciated.

0392518 for 20" transom
0392518 for 25" transom
By the cross reference that I looked at the same part number was used from 1982 through 1997.
