I am looking for the part that locks the throtle cables to the engine where you adjust the wot and idle throtle.. my engine serial number and modle are as follows:

MERCURY - (115 *H.P. (1984 ))
Serial No: 06581073 * *Model No: 1115624

I gave you the parts list before. Have you looked at it? Are you referring to the rail where the cables connect?

Its a lock t hat holds the cable barrels in place where they enter the engine
