There's nothing difficult about it, pull out the plugs, screw in the gauge, pull the rope. some people open the throttle to the max, others don't, I've tested it both ways and get the same resutls, so just do it the same for each cylinder. I have three of those motors and they normally read low compared to other motors, which could be 80PSI or lower, don't worry about it if runs well. Also gauges can give very different reading from each other, so there's no good way of comparing motors if they've been tested with different gauges. Your gauge may read 85 on a motor and a different gauge may read 110, so all you're looking for is the two cylinders being close to each other, a wide spread between the cylinders indicates a problem.
