1984 Evinrude 9.9 torque info needed

Hello all. It appears I've lent someone my manual. I need the torque specs for the water plate and head bolts. Thanks. Rick

The (Seloc ? ) manual on the boatinfo site gives 216 to 240 inch-pounds for the head bolts

No specific figure given for the water cover Use the table for standard nuts and bolts I guess
