How do i go about removing a copper tube water line from the motor. I tried just pulling on it and mangled it all up and still didn't get it off. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks

well it is time to pull the power head. it does not usually pull out of the power head, it pulls out of the lower unit. suggest you get and OEM Johnson manual. outboardbooks.com

It is held by the grommet #22 in the inner exhaust tube #5 in THIS DIAGRAM

You'll need a new gasket #1 when you rebuild
