OK new question, I have a trim toggle switch on the bow and one at the transom, the one on the transon stopped working going down only a few months ago.
Yesterday while fishing the motor started to trim up by its self?
It would not stop running so I pulled the wires out off the rear switch and it stopped, the one in the front does not work so I assume they are switched together, the one on the throttle still works.
I figure I need to replace the rear toggle, where can I find this part?

You can buy a replacement at most all automotive stores. The switch on the bow and stern are put on at the boat manufacture or added when the boat is sold. Just get one that is a three position return to center and put the wires on the new switch as they were on the old one. JMO
