Bought boat and motor beginning of this season. It ran a little rough but ran pretty good. After 4 or 5 times out it started to lose throttle in WOT. When I backed down throttle for a second and pushed back up it ran fine. That would happen every 8-10 minutes. Next trip out while accelerating it would pop, spit and hesitate but when I punched it to WOT it would get up and run good.
It idles fine and WOT runs good but still drops power after a few minutes. Rebuilt carb, new fuel line and bulb and new fuel pump. Any help is appreciated.
Also I can't find the float settings anywhere.

I responded to your question in the other thread of mine.... you haven't posted back to whether you have a resolution or not. Maybe this will help.

it appears you should eliminate the stator. Mine has both a part- and full-throttle stumble but will idle fine all day long. Yours appears just mid throttle. The carb has several 'circuits' depending on what throttle position. The stator also has high- and low-speed 'circuits'.

Post an update. You asked me for help, but maybe you have a solution and it will help me! :)
