bought a evinrude 50hp vro that runs smooth and strong, idles fine and starts quick. every once in a while the warning horn will sound when starting for a about (1) second or (2) and then stop.usually after sitting for a couple of days.after that it never does it the rest of the day.here different opinions on removing pump and running 50-1 mixture. i carry a bottle of oil just in case it ever fails when i'm out on the water.your opiniuns would be appreciated. thanks
