Ok this motor has been in storage for 10 yrs , we got it out, changed the water pump, rebuilt the carbs, bolted on a brand new water pump, new plugs. she fires right up but runs sluggish and dies often, I removed the carbs and recleaned them, checked compression 120 on all 3 cylinders. Im truly stumped, Im getting fire on all cylinders. anyone have any idea what I could check next.

Did you soak the carbs? Those little jets may be clogged if you didn't soak them for a few days.

I didn't soak them but I did pull all the jets out and put them in the ultra sonic cleaner, and I blew compressed air through the carb body ports, I quess Ill give it a try I am lost as what else to try. thankyou
