Help! 3 cylinder, carbs done twice, good spark, good compression. Starts great, idles great but only 60% under full power/load. Pulled plugs under full power water test and cylinder #3 wasn't working. Mechanic said probably a crank seal breach? Also, when dropping rpm's during idle there is a high pitched cherpping sound. Any clues?
