does any one know what the small holes located underneath the top part of the gear case are? It looks like there are three on each side of the motor and they are small, about as big around as an 8 pennie nail. Im a first time boat owner and i noticed black oil has leaked from the holes. I also need to know if i have the motor hooked to muffs if the water ejects out of more than one area. Any info will help.
