Looks like a very solid project with great potential. Keep posting. I've been researching both here and bass boat central restoration forum for information in the hopes I can utilize it to rehab a 1979 skeeter project.

I feel like it is a great project however I'm just really struggling with separating the two halves to begin the real work. I've also been looking around for some motor controls or a motor/control package on those super cold days when I don't wanna go to the garage.
