Could have been worse, at least you didn't say:

Are the hulls deeper on your glasser then on the Starcrafts?

Oh well you were close Sig, we all know it's not a starcraft, but you might be right the sides might be a little higher than an 18 foot starcraft, I'll have to measure them.

Deeper sides than a Starcraft could be a selling point in a couple of days. Once again, turning out a really nice one. :thumb:

Jump seats done, driver seat with slider and passenger seat dry fitted. IMG_7792.jpgIMG_7793.jpgIMG_7796.jpgIMG_7804.jpgIMG_7805.jpg there is a bottom in the jump seat storage, vinyl covered but in the pic it looks like the boat floor.

Looking sharp. What did you do to shine up the aluminum rail and fitting? Also would you mind telling me where you got your jump seats?

Thanks lokonn, the bow rails are origional in good shape, I built the jump seats, I used 5/8th plywood sewed the light and dark grey vinyl added padding then stapled to the ply, cut out aluminum as you can see I used diamond plate aluminum for the bottom, screwed the seat to it, did the same with the back but covered it with carpet, the boxes are built with 3/4 plywood covered with carpet, I bought the seat hinges, I hope this helps

Holy carp... You've almost completed an entire boat in the time it has taken me to replace my transom! That is gonna be one nice rig when you're done. :hail:

Nice job on the seats. Hope I didn't insult you by thinking they were store bought. Am thinking of something similiar for my stern seating. Are the hinges called ''jump seat hinges''? Where did you get them. Thanks for the info.

Thanks tnstrat, No problem lokonn, not sure what the hinges are called but they are the same as regular seat hinges, got them from a guy that bought out a boat building business that went bankrupt, you can probably buy them online. got grab handles attached, mounted the controls, still have to hookup some wiring, then paint maybe tomorrow weather permitting.
