1987 center console larson - 22.5'???

Can anyone tell me anything about these boats?? I'm thinking about buying one from a guy down the road. Boat looks good - has a 99' Evinrude 225hp on it that fires off and seams to run great. It has a small cuddy up front. Motor is on a transom bracket. Has some older electronics on it. It also has a nice tandem axle trailer. He has another 225 Evinrude(not sure if this motor runs) that he is going to throw in on the deal too. All for $5K
What do I look for to see if it is in good shape? How do these boats rate?

my first two boats were larsons 76 & 89,they have good old heavy hulls.i would have someone look at it for you and make sure there is no rot.the older boats have a lot of wood in them.
