1987 erude 88spl,spark plug ?

ok,i have been running the champion QL77JC4's in my motor.i looked @ the plug chart and it says to use either the QL77JC4 or QL82C,can someone tell me what the difference in these plugs are?

I never could remember all that stuff on plugs, call your local auto parts store and ask them, they should have a champion plug book that explains it.
