1987 evinrude 155 HP, trying to start, No spark

Hello guys need help I have a 1987 155hp evinrude we are in the process of redoing the floor and the electric, this engine has a lot of electric issues, bad wires, I want to try to do the best to fix this issues, engine was running before we cut the floor I want to start the engine on the stand, I try not luck my harness is in very bad shape, have new power packs installed about 9 months ago, new coils I have power in one power pack the other looks like is not getting any power some one have the electrical diagram So I can see what cables feed the power packs in order for them to fire up.

Powerpacks do not use 12 volts from the battery to make the spark.-----A bad starter / bad battery cables / bad battery / loose flywheel magnets are things to look at.

new starter, new batteries, new cables the boat was running before we cut the floor and removed the engine Im not expert but have to be a wire cut somewhere or disconnected, need to find diagram.

What did you cut? Anything in the boat would have been the main harness with the big red plug.

Main harness is in very bad shape due to time corrosion, I think I need to replace complete harness, need electrical diagram
