1987 Force 15HP no compression on cylinder 2

hey guys/gals, I have a 15hp force from 1987 top cyl peaks at 120 then drops to 90 (guessing cheap tester from advanced auto parts) and second cyl has no compression at all. I see the gauge line twitch a little when I try I pull start it but doesn't go past 5 then drops right back to 0. How can I Diagnose the issue?

Gotta pull the head.
Possible it's the head gasket?
Possible it's NOT!
