Tried it several ways including the old standby manual HTML code additions. Only way I can find to reference a pic is just posting the raw URL off a hosting site.

Thanks all for the help, It's a given someone has changed from fixed idle jets to adjustable, why would someone make this change? I think one reason it idles poorly is because they leak air, I think best to just change back to fixed,

tha wh series does not have and never had screws. if it has screws it has to be a later model wmh or wmv series. tha complete carb has to be changed. its impossible to add any kinda "adjustment" screw to tha wh series...............if you say it has screws and is a wh33 some part of that statement is wrong.....

after thinkin' about it it wouldn't surprise me that some yo-yo tried ta cross breed something some how or another. wish ya could post a picture of this thing

Got tha pics.....Glad I recanted with tha YO-YO deal. That's got ta be tha most "ass-a-nine" thing I've ever seen done to any v6 merc!!!!. Absolutely no reason for it with tha wh series. No wonder it won't run! If tha casting/threads aren't screwed up that crap needs ta go away and replace with an .056 jet, gasket and cap. Just when ya think ya justa 'bout seen it all......

Thanks so much for your help, just ordered the parts, hope they didn't screw up the threads, they must have drilled and threaded the end caps for whatever purpose I don't know. I'll let you know the results

Were tha "jets" still in tha hole or did they completely remove them when doin' what they did to tha cap?

I sent you an email with a pic of the air bleed,
See attached, boy am I confused! Looks like no mods done on carb? it looks like for the time being I should lightly seat each screw, I've been turning the out hoping to richen things up, but it looks more like turning the screw out would cause a lean condition. It was hard to read on the jet holder but it looks like U 96.

Hi Tommy, thanks so much for helping out with my jet issue, the one jet I sent a picture of was a broken one, I've attached what the remaining 5 jets look like.
Since putting in the stock fixed jets I have eliminated my lean condition sneeze at idle, however my new problem is pulling out of the hole, this occurs upon first use or sitting for about an hour, I can't even get it to plain, once warmed up it's just OK at best, I would say once warmed up it would be the same as before replacing the jets. If I were to throttle up while putting on the trailer it barely has enough to push forward, in fact if I were to apply full throttle it would die. Almost acts like too much fuel and not enough advance.
I don't think changing the jets I would have altered the linkage as I removed the linkage via the cotter pins. All butterflies are closed. I looked at link and sync in my Selnoc book and am confused as how to do a link and sync. Do you think main jets could cause this problem?
Back to the beginning, bought this boat for skiing and bass fishing, no way it could pull me out.
1750 procomp, 150 mariner, 6 inch jack plate, hot foot, 14.25 X 22 Trophy prop with vent holes open. It acts like its over propped WOT 55mph at 5,000 RPM . My first impression is I just need to change my prop, however it seems most people with similar boats are running 23 to 26.
I will post
