Re: 1987 Starcraft 18' restoration advice
Just starting back working on my boat. Had to store it for the winter and have had a busy spring with 2 missions trips to Mexico and a lot of other projects around the house. I hope to post pics soon. I put a 3/4 ply fishing deck up front and need to finish laying carpet. Then mount the control box. I still need to figure out some of the wiring. My next big project for the boat is replacing the transom. Any suggestions on wood, etc. BTW: it is a 1979. The Michigan Registration said 1987, but when I tried titling it in Mo. they said it was not 1987. A couple of posts early on thought it was 78 or 79. It took me 5 months to get it titled in Mo. Only when I asked for a refund of my registration money did the process get started in earnest.
