1988 85 Force

I just bought a 1988 VIP with an 85 force on it. I got it from the original owner and he has put about 8 hours on it since he bought it. I would like to replace the impeller but have never touched a boat motor. I picked up the impeller at the local marine dealer. Would like to find a break down or a step-by-step on what to do. Does anyone have any information on what needs to be done.

Thanks for the info guys... I took it to the marine dealer and they check it out and said it was ready to go. Took the wife and kids out on the river today. So much fun. Now she wants a bigger boat. LOL
