1988 90hp Mariner Tilt / Trim Problems

I am having problems with the tilt/trim on my boat , it was fine when we last used it but now all we get is a clicking sound, the battery is fully charged and reading other posts people are saying to clean up the solenoids. can anyone tell me where to look of even better a picture of them. Thanks in advance

Remove cowling and follow wiring to (up and down solenoid).If 3 wire remove all 3 wires and scrub contacts on wire end and solenoid till shiny.Disconnect battery before you start.If still no good you could have dirty switch which is a much bigger job involving removing control box and dismantling switch.
To run another quick test to rule out tnt motor you can hot wire solenoid by green or blue wire to power(red).
