I have a 1988 125 force, the motor starts and idles fine, but when I full throttle up to get going, she won't hardly accelerate, it takes like 10 to 15min and then she all of a sudden kicks in and starts boogieing. I keep thinking carbs, anybody have an idea?

It sounds like a cylinder or 2 are loading up or not firing and then as the motor warms up, the kick in. Have you done a compression check to check for a cracked block or busted rings?

Ok, I will try that next, thank you, right now I'm trying process of elimination with all the small things first. I guess I'll have to go to a mechanic for that, I don't have a compression tester

Thanks Brinker.
A compression tester is a fairly inexpensive piece of equipment.
Get one and put it somewhere no one but you can get it.
I've had mine for almost 30 years and it still works like new.

While tinkering with the throttle cable I noticed 2 wires not connected to the terminals 1 was green and the other was orange, looked in the manual and one went to the module and the other went to the trigger cylinder 1, I re-attached them both, but haven't put boat in water to test yet, could those wires have been the problem?

Loose wires or a bad connection.
Most people don't look at anything until it too late.
People should get out there with a screwdriver and a can of WD and tinker.
The screws on the buss board can rattle loose and cause a FIRE!!!
