Pretty common for those bolts to break. Raise the motor up, support the motor up so it won't fall back down when you take the trim cylinder apart. Take the rest of the bolts out and remove the top of the trim cylinder and remove the broken bolts. Replace with new stainless steel bolts. Might be a good idea to replace the "O" rings while you have it apart. RRITT has the most experience with this kind of stuff.
