1988 force 150 not firing on #3 cylender

boat runs but has a miss.I put in a new set of spark plugs. it still has miss I checked new plugs number 3 had not fired still looked new what would cause one cylinder not to fire.

Do a compression and then a spark test.
Just looking at it(plug), you really can't tell what it's doing.
A sparkie and a comp guage will tell you what's happening.
Then we can add more later.
It could be as simple as a stuck needle/seat maybe a bad connection?
