1988 Mercury 70HP oil alarm??

Ok I think I pinned it down to the alarm Module.but when I called to find one they said that they didnt know what I was talking about ?the alarm did go away after disconnecting the black wire does I boat carry this Item I looked but saw nothing.

I have one other question is there a fuse other than the 1 in the side of the engine that would keep this engine from stating. oh by the way did you guys give up on me..LOL.
