1989 5.7 King Cobra roller lifters or flat?

Is there a way to determine if my 1989 5.7 King Cobra engine has roller lifters?
Does anybody know?

Ayuh,... Other than pulling the intake, 'n Lookin',... Nope...
An 89 could be either way...

If it could go either way would there be a issue with using Valvoline VR1 SAE 30 racing oil which has the additional zinc to protect flat tappet applications?
