1989 Arriva 20' w/200hp Merc outboard

Still looking to replace my 19.5' bowrider I sold in October and came across a 1989 20' Arriva? Im told it was made by Bayliner. It has a 200HP Mercury outboard. Looks like a suoer clean boat/trailer/motor but what is an Arriva? Never heard of it. The guys asking $4700 which seems slightly high for a "89. I couldnt even find Arriva on the NADA site to get a value. So again what is an Arriva?

"So again what is an Arriva?" a boat you found where the asking price is double the value. Depending on year/condition of the motor and trailer is just how far overpriced. How about rot? Good chance~~~~~~~~
