So as title states I've got low/lost compression in one of my cylinders. I bought a boat and this motor came on it for free, owner said it died out on him and he couldn't get it going again. He had a scope into it and was told the cylinders were shot. So I dove into it and found the fuel bowls full of oil, so I cleaned them out. Next, all the water lines were packed up with sand and crud, so I cleaned themy all out. Also, had to clean off powerpack ground since it ended up loosing spark too. After all that was done it fired up and ran pretty good I feel. Had no weird noises, fluttering/missing sounds. So I did a compression test and I found them to be 90,45,90-90,90,90. So I ran some seafoam through to see if maybe it was a carbon build up and the one with 45 dropped down to 0 and wouldn't even hold pressure on the gauge. So I pulled the head to check for scoring and the pictures is what I found. Figure the rings went bad on piston from overheating from previous owner since of all the clogged lines. Think I can get away with honing, should I rebore, or can these be resleevedone or is the sleeve cast in? Thanks
