So I grabbed a 3 HP Evinrude, Manual Start from my dad's storage shed the other day. We forgot we even had it!! Anyway, it probably hasn't been run in approximately 15 years. No clue whether or not my dad stored it properly, though I'd lean towards NOT. What advice do you have as to what steps to take from this point to get her up and running?? Realistically, I'll probably look to get it running and sell it to someone that could use it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
