well personally , i would change to either premix fuel and disable the mixing pump oil side, or i would install a new OMS pump. you have the old VRO2 pump, known to cause problems.

Fuel restriction or overheat alarm is a constant beep.beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
could be bad sending unit, bad horn, or shorted wire.
