I need help i recently purchased a 1989 maxum bow rider with a force 50 hp outboard on it . When i took it out for the first time it started great and idleded great then it started acting up ....... When i give it full power it starts out great then nothing andi mean nothing. It will run but its like there is a great weight holding me back . It wont plane out at all ..... I have replaced all the fuel lines from the tank to the carb. But still the same. I know this thing should be able to go faster than 8mph at full power..... Im not a boat mech. But im not a idiot so any help would be great . Thanks
