1989 Force 85hp Coil Question

ok my dada and i trying to figure out somethings and the book he has doesnt help with black and white pics.. we have 1989 maxum boat 85 hp and were trying to figure out if the top cylinder is the first and what power pack is first so we know for sure were looking at it right.. im not sure who did it but top and tthe bottom ignition coils are connected into 1 and the middle has its own... he started it up the other day with no problems then today were having problems. can someone help please?

Here's a wiring diagram. Unfortunately it only comes in black and white but the color coding is prominently spell out.

thanks that what i needed the manual that he has doesnt have the numbers so we were guessing what cylinder is what

its back up and running thanks again that was a huge help.. it sucked to trace the wires..

You're welcome. It may have sucked to trace wires but it is something you probably will only do once or twice for the life of the boat but if you have someone else do the tracing for you it will suck some more $$$ and probably more than once or twice too.
