1989 Sea Ray 5.7L Mercrusier Rochester 4bbl Idle Screws

Ok,
How and with what do you reach the idle mixture screw under the fuel filter inlet side of the Rochester 4bbl carb? The fuel line comes out and almost completely blocks the access to this area. What kind of tricks are used to get to this to adjust idle? I sure don't want to take off the fuel line off a dozen times.

I use one of these with the approprate socket installed, it's a Snap-On TM64.

Probably this one.
