Hello board I hope someone can assist me in finding a windshield for my 1990 Spectrum Fishing boat. I have tried to search the web it seems I can find everything except what I am looking for. Any ideas? Thanks.

What size, shape, and style are you looking for?
How wide and how tall do you want it?
Does it mount onto a flat surfaced steering console? Or is it a curved design?
Was you original made by Custom Mold and Tint?

I replaced mine last year, and know a few places to look. So I might be able to help, but need to know what you need. One place is just south of Milwaukee, others are on the net.

And what ya fishing for in Spirit Lake? Muskie? walleye? panfish? A small lake that produces lots of fish.(it's only 20 miles from me, unless there is another one)

I have no idea on what the factory one was like. When I purchased the boat it did not have one but there are holes on the the console for one. It appears to be a small wind deflector more then an actual "windsheild". The Spirit Lake I fish is in north western Wisconsin right out side of Frederick. Thanks for any help.

I too had a Fischer boat and you won't find a new replacement. Better go with Roscoe's source, try ebay or, fabricate one yourself.

If you have a flat top console, one of these should work. I had a 10.5 inch high one, but replaced it with a taller one to keep wind off my face a little better. This is what I bought:

http://www.allaboutfishing.com/store/products/product Display.asp?manufacturer=MARINE+MOORING&model=PLEXIGLASS+WINDSHIELDS

They have slightly different sizes from the same manufacturer at cabelas. If you need a curved one, or a different size, you can try KenDor marine. They are on the south side of Milwaukee You can call them or stop in, but their website is a waste of time. http://www.kendormarine.com/index2.ivnu
KENDOR MARINE CORP. 414-421-4370 You might just want to measure up your console and stop in on your way north.

I just ran a search on Spirit Lake, there are 9 in Wisconsin. Mine is about 70 miles NW of Wausau.
