1990 50hp will not idle it will die

i got a 1990 50hp force motor its get good spark to the plugs its getting gas and water is flowing thur it fine when i hit the key it starts up and iam getting 120 on each pistons

Stalling at idle,usually the rpms are low.Should be about 750-800 in gear.About 1100=1200 in the drive.
Tach?? They sell an item called a tiny tach.Works great.
Clean the carb.Make sure there is no water in the gas.
The air screw:turn it in till it just bottoms.Then out 1 and 1/16th turn.
Once you get it warm and the rpms where they are supposed to be.
Motor warm/running and in gear.Turn screw in slowly till it bucks/stalls/stutters.
Then out 1/2 turn.Re set the idle again.J
