1990 90 HP Force lower unit housing cover seal

I am new to the forums and I am having a problem with a lower unit seal on my force. It is a seal on the Housing cover that has a bellows on the shift rod. It is # 23 on the diagram I posted. I cannot find or get my hands on this seal anywhere. I tried local boat shops, ebay and internet. Any ideas on if I can make another part work? I cant seem to find another setup with the bellows type seal. The motor runs great but I cannot find this stupid little seal. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks - Rob

The bellows is NLA It can be bought as a kit includes a new cover??

I cant even get my hands on the cover kit. I got a refund back with this note

I have no problem buying the entire kit if I could get it. My boat has now been out of the water going on 3 weeks and I cant find any parts for this motor. I dont want a seal to be the end of this motor. Will any other cover kits work on my 1990?

You could try calling Mercury marine in Fond du lac wi 920-929-5000 Sometimes they can tell you with their inventory warehouses how much stock is available with one part. They did it for me with my gear pivot screw

Franz marine hooked me up with a brand new kit. Thanks for your help tho.
