ok i had my carbs cleaned we put snorkles on and it runs good we rev it 2 6000 rpm good took it to the boat launch ramp and put it in and it idles good try to rev up up and no go i am geeting pissed of now what can be going on now has any one heard of this and what it could be thats going on please help also does the electric choke have an adjustment it wont work unless i move by hand a little then it will work thanks for the help

First you should never rev more than 1500 or 2,000 rpm going too high could result in a runaway.Your symtoms are classic lean bogging. Carbs probably still dirty.When cleaning all passages and jets need to be cleaned and checked.
proper float levels etc. Moving parts of the choke may just need cleaning
I can't attest to the Force but there is probably no adjustment.You may also want to check that all connections are clean and tight.
