Issue.well not rev past 4100 rpm.Start repair by disassembling carbs and cleaning witch they did need.Ran better still not right test and replace fuel pumps.Comprisson test 110 to135 on all cyl.still not right.Test spark plug caps
they test good fuel check valve test good.on the 3rd set of spark plugs.seems to keep fouling them.I think the right bank top 2 cly. may be dropping under a load.going back with spark tester
