1991 20' Bayliner Trophy HP Rating?

Well looks like the outboard motor is blown on my 20' Trophy WA.

I couldn't find the max rating in HP for this boat.

It currently has a 150hp

Anyone know what this boat can handle, I'm hoping from 140hp to 200hp. That would give me more options in buying a used Outboard.

The ones I have seen have all had 150s on them.

Look for the CG plate, it should be on the boat somewhere.

The 2002 was the 20'WA for many years, and had a max rating of 175.
150's were standard and up to a 175 Optimax was the options. Low was a 125, the were real dogs.

I have a 150 on mine and other people i have seen with 150 or less

Don is correct. The Trophy WA came with either a Force 120 (way underpowered) or an upgraded Merc 150 (decently powered). They were rated max 175HP. I had one.
