The Proper Pitch is one that allows the Engine to run within the Engine's WOT rpm range, usually preferred to be in the upper half. To determine that, a Tachometer is needed. What is the Proper Pitch for a 14ft Car Topper, is not going to be the Proper Pitch on a 20ft hull.
Yea I have a 14 ft aluminum. Pretty sure it’s 11 or 12 pitch, I was just seeing cause once I’m there it’s hard for me to drive back home then back to get the boat going. Trying to go prepared so I can use it while I’m there

Did you ever read what prop had on it as was suggested?

So just got a huge favour and had someone bring my motor back with me and I just took the prop off 10x13 on it here’s a picture of the inside towards the gear housing does this bushing look shot? Looks to me like a bunch of rubber Burned up into balls. 9CE6A762-2C7A-489F-992E-FAEDE9190A9F.jpeg

And some crude Machining done to the outer hub by the thrust washer. It too might need replacing

Funny, it's the same prop as the one I was holding in my hand.
I'd sell it to you but the shipping would probably be quite a bit. Feeling like driving to Seattle? Anyhow, in all my years, I've never spun one. But to me it looks like the smoking gun. Nasty burnt looking rubber and I believe the internal spline moved creating the damage to the hub. Prop shop may or may not be able to fix it, at least economically anyways.

When the Prop Nut is Properly Torqued, the Prop part of the Hub is in contact with the Thrust Washer, so when the Rubber Hub slips, there is going to be friction and in this case a fair bit of wear. The Thrust washer is usually Bronze/Brass or Stainless Steel, all harder than the Aluminium

Yep that’s what a spun hub looks like.
They can be repaired but it’s likely not going to save you a ton of money.
Glad you finally got this resolved.

Final test I concluded tonight the prop on and spun it by hand and although it felt hard to spin is slipped you can tell by the black lines on the prop 4 turns it almost went all the way around. 9A20BA70-1E2F-4933-8BC3-5FDE9A651B4A.jpeg

At the risk of sounding rude, I think everyone knew that. Always nice to prove it to yourself though isn't it. Did you try Craigslist yet?

No I totally understand, ive been chasing this problem for some time now because it would run fine before then lose grip and slip for 2 seconds than catch again it almost seemed like a fuel issue at first so I did fuel pump and lines just wanted to prove it before I did it ran to the lake again (an hour away) and have it fail again

Check plug wires.------Test run with cowling off.-----Test run with timing light to see which cylinder cuts in and out.

Ok cylinder cutting out? It happens intermittently. I’ll be running and all of a sudden engine kicks up and starts doing this. Some also said over heating but it’s peeing fine. New pump

Some simple testing to be done to find the issue.----Or bring it to a shop.-----There may be a kit available to solve issues with UFI module under flywheel.

Seems like a good motor, just has some kind of gremlin. This may seem a stupid question but is your primer knob pushed in? Hard to tell from the video.
Yea it is, that reminds me. When I was playing with the fuel pump where the line goes into it where the screen is I couldn’t get that to tighten up to the fuel pump. Wondering if the new o ring is too fat and won’t allow it to tighten up
