Will fire and run for a couple of seconds.
Then dies like someone turned off.
Pulled plugs.- Very wet
When i dry plugs off it will run maybe 10 seconds and then die.
seems like it is getting over loaded with gas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Safe to say its getting fuel.!
No history on this motor?
Are you familiar with how to prime and start a 2 stroke outboard?
They are finicky.

Go to the auto store and buy a $12 adjustable GAP spark tester, don't buy a neon flasher.

Set the gap to 3/8th inch and remove all plugs, test each plug wire, you need a fat blue spark or it fails the test. Couple of cranks is all it takes,
with a fresh battery charge naturally.

If it passes the spark test then we'll go back to fuel delivery.
Misadjusted floats in thew carbs will flood an engine, or a leaky primer solenoid. Have you rebuilt the carbs lately?
