Measure half the boat, then treat it as rectangle:
Once you get the cubic volume of foam you need, you'll likely order a few of a couple different sized 'kits', w/ some extra. You do really want to run out, nor order significantly more then you need. If you do run short, order the smallest kit you can to finish.
Temps, actual compartment shapes & etc greatly affect expansion/fill rates, it's not a perfect system. So that if you & I both need 6.75CuFt, that if we both order 7CuFt total, we'd both get the same result: Fully foamed.
